On Jan. 17, 2012, we lost a valued member of our family, one who is featured in many of these photos, and who dedicated herself to preserving much of our family's history in photo albums and stories. Olive Katharine Hume Holtom was honored Jan. 20, 2012 at a service in San Marino Community Church in San Marino, Calif. This website would not have been possible if not for her careful work to preserve valuable photos that show family members, past and present, and how the events of the day changed their lives.
